Is HelloMapper only for NDIS providers?
No. Care is our first and deepest industry, but any organisation that runs on shifts can roster and onboard its workers: healthcare, hospitality, security, cleaning and events. You choose an industry when you sign up and it sets the right roles, words and credentials. You can change all of them.
How long does it take to get started?
Most teams create their organisation, add locations and invite their first workers in under an hour. Workers accept an emailed invitation and set their own password.
Can we move across from spreadsheets or another system?
Yes. We can help you bring across your team, participants and upcoming shifts. Book a demo and we'll talk through what you use today.
Do workers need to download an app?
No. Workers use HelloMapper in their phone's browser, including checking in, picking up shifts and uploading credentials.
What does it cost?
Every module is a monthly subscription in Australian dollars, excluding GST, and you only pay for the modules you switch on. Current prices, including any free plan for small teams, are on our pricing page.
Do I have to buy everything?
No. Every module is a separate subscription. Switch on only what you need, and turn modules on or off from your dashboard at any time.
