Terms of service

These terms are an agreement between HelloMapper Software (“HelloMapper”, “we”) and the organisation that creates a HelloMapper account (“you”). By creating an account or using HelloMapper, you agree to them.

Your account

• You're responsible for who you invite and the roles you give them.
• Keep sign-in details secure. Owners and admins must use two-step login.
• Tell us straight away if you think your account has been accessed without permission.

Your information

You own the information you put into HelloMapper. You're responsible for having the right to collect it and for using it lawfully, including under privacy law and the rules that apply to your industry. We use it only to provide HelloMapper to you, as described in our privacy policy.

Using HelloMapper

Please don't misuse the service: no attempts to access other organisations' information, disrupt the service, or send unlawful or unsolicited messages through it.

HelloMapper helps you manage compliance, but it doesn't replace your own obligations. For example, you remain responsible for checking credentials you verify, notifying regulators on time and invoicing correctly.

Subscriptions and payment

• Prices are shown on our pricing page, in Australian dollars, excluding GST.
• Paid plans renew monthly or yearly until cancelled. Each paid plan starts with a 14-day trial.
• You can cancel at any time from your dashboard. Your subscription runs to the end of the period you've paid for.
• If a payment fails, you have 7 days to update your payment details before paid modules are paused.

Availability and changes

We work to keep HelloMapper available and secure, and we may improve or change features over time. We'll tell you in advance about changes that significantly affect how you use it.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to resupplying the service or refunding the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

Ending the agreement

You can stop using HelloMapper at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms, after giving notice where reasonable.
