Software for the people who keep things running
HelloMapper is an Australian platform for organisations that run on shifts. It started as a rostering tool for disability support providers and has grown into one place for rosters, compliance, care, HR, finance and communication.
Why we built it
Care providers were running their days across rostering apps, spreadsheets of credential expiries, shared inboxes and separate invoicing tools. Every gap between those systems was a place for something to go wrong: a worker sent to a shift without a current screening check, an incident reported late, a support never invoiced.
HelloMapper puts those pieces on the same records, so a roster knows who is cleared, a timesheet becomes an invoice, and the people being supported get the right person, on time.
How we work
Built from care
HelloMapper started in disability support, where a missed shift or a lapsed screening check affects a real person. That shapes how carefully we build everything.
One person, one login
Workers often work for more than one organisation. They get one account, their credentials go with them, and clashes are caught across employers.
Pay for what you use
Every module is its own subscription, so you never pay for what you don't need.
Honest by default
Prices are on our website. Records can't be quietly changed. When something goes wrong, we tell you.
