Delete your account

Delete it yourself

1. Sign in at app.hellomapper.com.
2. Go to your account menu at the top right, then Security & sessions.
3. Choose Delete my account and follow the steps to confirm it.

If you're the only owner of an organisation, you'll need to make someone else an owner first, or close the organisation.

Ask us to delete it

If you can't sign in, email hellomapper2025@gmail.com from the address on your account. We'll check it's you and respond within 30 days.

What is removed

• Your name, email address, phone number, password and profile photo.
• Your two-step login settings and your sessions.
• The credentials you carry between employers, and their files.
• Your professional development log and its files.
• Your membership of each organisation, and your future shifts there.

What organisations keep

Organisations you worked with keep the records they're responsible for, such as past shifts, timesheets, incident reports and notes, because they may be required by law to hold them. Your name is removed from your account, and these records can no longer be linked to a login. To ask about a record an organisation holds, please contact that organisation.
